2 ounces of Pear and Elderflower Infused Gin
2 ounces of Juiced Cucumber (or finely pureed)
1/2 ounce of Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce of Simple Syrup
Club Soda

This recipe takes a little more work but it is sure to wow your guests! Combine the gin, juiced cucumber, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.

Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass filled with ice then top off with club soda.

Garnish with mint leaves and a cucumber slice.

This recipes also makes for a perfect pitcher cocktail.
