1 1/2 ounces of Southern Peach Infused Tanqueray Gin
1 1/2 ounces of Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Peach Slice
Fresh Thyme Sprigs
Splash of Champagne or Sparkling Water
Muddle the peach slice, fresh thyme, and lime juice at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the infused gin to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain and pour into a glass. Top off with a splash of champagne and garnish with a fresh peach slice and thyme sprigs.
